From the sworn and notarized affidavit of "kidnapper" John Vitantonio Sr. which he submitted to the Lake County Ohio Juvenile Courts - Judge Karen Lawson on 12-04-2014. Yet Judge Karen Lawson and "all others involved" refused to serve notice to Lucy Constantino, who had physical custody of Lilliana© all times during these "illegal" custody proceedings. 

On 12-04-2014 these papers were filed by the "kidnapper" John Vitantonio Sr. It states that Lilliana© had been living in their home. This is proof of perjury committed by them in order to steal this child and remove her from the custody of her father and her grandmother who had been raising her all along.

Even after Lilliana's father and grandmother filed a motion to get custody returned to them, a

Witness testimony later on and affidavits proved that John Vitantonio Sr committed perjury by stating that Lilliana© was living with them when he filed these papers with the clerk of the Lake County Ohio Juvenile Court. Yet all evidence has gone completely ignored by the corrupt judge Karen Lawson, who allowed this crime to happen in her court behind closed doors. Lilliana© remains in the custody
